“Cindy has been my property manager on one of my properties in Navarre since 2003. Another of my properties was until recently located in Minot North Dakota managed by another company. I sold it because it was too much of a headache, if something went wrong or had an issue with a tenant I would have to do most of the leg work to fix it.
